This template is a complete GTD system on its own. GTD Brain adds the part a Notion page cannot do by itself: an assistant that runs the weekly review with you, and capture from wherever you are — ChatGPT, Claude, your phone, your terminal.

1. Create your free GTD Brain account

• Open GTD Brain and sign in with the code we email you. No password, nothing to install.
• Your board starts with the same five lists as this template.

2. Connect the assistant you use

Notion AI (Business or Enterprise plan)

1. Ask a workspace admin to allow custom MCP servers (Settings → Connections).
2. Open Settings → Connections → Discover and select Add Custom MCP.
3. Paste the GTD Brain server address: https://mcp.gtdbrain.com/api/gtdbrain/v1/mcp
4. Sign in with your email code and click Allow. Then ask Notion AI: “Run my GTD Brain weekly review”.

ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or Cursor (any plan)

Each takes about three minutes: ChatGPT · Claude · all assistants.

3. Keep this template, or move over

Keep capturing in Notion if you like. GTD Brain and this template share the same five lists and the same contexts, so a card moves across as a copy and paste. Or use GTD Brain as the board and keep this page as your review checklist.
